Your client portal will serve as your central hub for everything related to your design, making it easy to stay organized and connected. You’ll also receive regular communication and updates, so you’ll always know where your project stands and what to expect next, from design milestones to furniture delivery.

  • After reviewing your inquiry form, we will reach out to schedule a consultation. This initial meeting allows us to get to know one another and learn more about your project—its scope, budget, and timeline.

    Once we gather all the necessary details, we will provide a customized design proposal outlining the scope of work along with an estimate for design services. This ensures we begin the project with clear expectations and a shared vision.

  • During the design phase, we begin by sending you a design questionnaire along with an invitation to your private Pinterest board(s). These tools help us better understand your personal style and preferences.

    We will schedule a time to take measurements and coordinate site visits with your architect or contractor when applicable, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process from start to finish.

    Our team develops mood boards, creates floor plans, and sources specifications for all elements of your project, including plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, flooring, countertops, wall finishes, and more. If the project focuses on furnishings and accessories, we carefully curate and source those pieces during this phase as well.

    Once the design plans are finalized and approved, we prepare everything needed to move into procurement. Throughout this phase, you’ll receive regular updates so you’re always informed about progress and next steps.

  • Once selections are approved, we begin ordering and tracking all purchased items. To ensure your furnishings arrive safely and in perfect condition, we partner with a professional receiving warehouse. Every piece is inspected upon arrival and securely stored until installation day.

    While this phase is quieter behind the scenes, we continue to provide updates so you remain informed about the status and estimated arrival of your furnishings and materials.

  • The most exciting day has arrived. Installation day is when your design truly comes to life. We coordinate delivery and installation of your furnishings and oversee every detail of the setup. Our team places each piece according to the design plan and completes the space with carefully styled finishing touches.

    All that’s left for you to do is step inside, take it all in, and enjoy your beautiful home.
